A lucky homeowner is turning this outdated party house into a beautiful river retreat. Half the home will be replaced with a forest dwelling getaway while the other half receives a facelift. Griffin Design provided the general design, and Adveencha completed the remaining BIM detailing, developed visualizations for client communication, and drafted the final construction documents to their office standards.
